The website is very easy to use. Generally I had a good experience, BUT there was a confusion with one of my orders. Rather than contacting me to clarify the confusion the Copyshop just went ahead and printed half the order, not the full. It would have been much better if someone had contacted me to clarify the order so that it was done properly from the beginning.
