The delivery took longer than expected, however, I understand that not your fault and sometimes it takes more time to process and deliver the package to other countries.
The issue I had with the delivery was, that they left the package at the janitor's office without trying the door bell or calling me, my phone number was clearly stated on the package. It took me few days to find my package.
Strengths, improvements or suggestions
I had some issue with the delivery company. I raised it your support, but eventually it was solved without their input as I was able to find my package. Not sure if you can choose other delivery company, if yes, it could be beneficial.
