Online ordering process is extremely poor, there is no possible manner of changing or deleting an order, even seconds after placing it. Customer support is probably the worst experience I have ever had with an online store. I sent both an email and contacted directly by the online form asking to solve a problem with the delivery address I had provided and I got an answer more than 24 hours latter with no solution. I got back to them I have not heard since then and the product was sent (I got the confirmation email) with an address with incorrect information. I am still waiting for a respond. I am doubting I will purchase again these products unless this changes ( I am a recurring customer for several years).
