The problem wasn't your end, it was once my package had got to the UK. Delivery was attempted by Parcelforce twice to the wrong address. No information was given from Parcelforce, except a SMS Text message "We will deliver your package" the day after they were due to deliver! Maybe you should look at DPD or other such delivery services in the UK as Parcelforce are not very good. The service from Bolero was excellent.
