We have still not received the package. The delivery organisation states that the delivery could not be made due to insufficient data. What does this mean? See the table below. Also, they state that that package can be collected from their site in Corciano. This is 20km away from where I live.
Previous orders from you have been delivered successfully. If your delivery company cannot deliver, then we will order from Amazon in the future. Either deliver our package by noon on Friday 27th January, or kindly refund our postal charges.
