I placed an order last week and still didn't receive it! I sent an email asking about it and got no feedback whatsoever!! The worst experience ever!
Strengths, improvements or suggestions
You need to improve the delivery time and the after sales also needs improvements. I send emails because I haven't received my order and get no feedback whatsoever!

You mentioned that the order has not been delivered although it was marked as delivered. So we requested the shipping company to do a research and find out about the package. They responded that the package has actually been delivered to the mentioned address no doubt about it. So we have send you another email requesting to verify this but have not received an reply anymore from you. So we expect the package have been delivered. If not please reply
