Had a wonderful experience with Natasja a customer service agent who engaged from my request through their website to see if a mounting bracket was available as I could not find it offered anywhere. This part was broken by our child overburdening the basket (admittedly) rendering it useless. After a few back and forths and a picture she found the part in stock and mailed it to me ‘gratis’. Great experience and nice to see a company still values its customers after the sale.
