1) Quotation > It took longer than expected for the initial quote (I had to chase). After that it went smoothly 2) Packing > the Dutch employee (manager?) on site in Potsdam was extremely competent nice and professional. The items he packed day before the move arrived in perfect condition. The local subcontrated staff however did not do a very good job. Upon unpacking we found few items broken or not protected at all (e.g. expensive women glossy bag was simply thrown in a box with other items and resulted in scratches). 3) Unpacking > performed locally by the Atlas Team (including manager who packed us in Potsdam). The unpacking was extremely smooth, well organised and the team was very nice and professional. Tip top.
Regarding ratings below > I would have rated all 5 stars if not the 2 issues raised above, and if I were to recommend I would do so for the moves within the Netherlands where Atlas is able to use their own staff.
