1. All our boxes and furniture bed frame, mattress, cabinet, dining table, and chairs) arrived in perfect condition, with no damage. 2. There were no missing items, which reflects the careful handling and tracking of our shipment. 3. We were consistently provided with status updates throughout the shipping process, keeping us well-informed. 4. The delivery personnel were professional, courteous, and very accommodating. 5. Overall, we are highly satisfied with the entire process—from pickup to transport, handling, monitoring, and final delivery.
While the shipping duration was quite long (pickup on Sept. 6,2024, delivery on Jan. 21, 2025), we understand that international shipping can take time. Additionally, one of our wooden crates still had a red “bonded cargo” sticker and a proforma booking document upon delivery, but we have confirmed that it was cleared through customs.
