We appreciate your feedback regarding the shipping costs. For orders over €100 (excluding VAT), we offer free shipping as standard. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €4.25 applies specifically for deliveries to Germany. This rate is in line with current market standards and reflects the actual costs charged by our logistics partners.
Unfortunately, given the ongoing rise in transportation and fuel costs, it has become increasingly difficult to offer free shipping on smaller orders. Nevertheless, we fully understand your concern and will certainly take your comment into consideration during our internal evaluations.
