Our package was incorrectly dispatched and this greatly increased the delivery time, we incurred problems with the client as we did not meet the installation deadline.

We sincerely apologize for the delay. The shipment from the manufacturer to us was sent via FedEx, and unfortunately, the delivery took significantly longer than expected. This delay was beyond our control.
That said, we recognize that we did not communicate this properly to you, which was our mistake. We should have informed you earlier.
