Purchased a fire back online
Strengths
Easy to navigate website. Many pictures. Great direct contact with the owner who is available and response right away.

Improvements or suggestions
A few additional details about specifics of the fireback would be helpful. For instance, there was some asymmetry and one pillar versus the other and it would’ve been interesting to know if this is the way it was made or some deterioration over the years. Of course that’s always available if I were to email the question but it would be nice to see those things as one page is through the many fire backs – and ions, etc. and is making a choice.
