Charles was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Shopping, ordering, shipping and installation was easy. Additionally, the space is heated far better with the fireback.

Beautiful firebacks, accurate measurements and rapid delivery. The website ability to filter based on dimensions was helpful.

Not much to improve upon. Perhaps consider a more modern website design. The features are fine and functional though.
