Compared to other companies very good experience, but every delivery contains at least one package of truffels or even more, wich are covered by green mold.
Although your delivery takes 24-48 hrs, these kind of products do not survive the temperatures in Summer for so long.
You should consider to use cool packs for these parcels. There are smart and affordable solutions with reusable cool packs for parcels.
I would pay the extra costs, if it guarantees a delivery of truffels in a perfect and fresh condition.
