Very good, there were some supply chain difficulties due to Xmas volume, and they kept me appraised everyday. So sometimes its the quality that shows when things are awry that stand out. Order now received all great. It was only a small delay, but the customer support was immediate, attentive and resolved things quickly.

None, there was a genuine supply chain issue from the manufacturers end. I guess if pushed, maybe they needed to get manufacturer to be more specific about the delay to help them pass on better quality information.
