Terrible. I ordered 2 pairs of trainers for my children which I have been waiting to arrive only to receive a refund. I have had no communication and do not understand - I need trainers for my children and I feel very let down.

First of all we would like to thank you for you feedback. Four days after your review, we contacted you by e-mail to solve the issue, but we never received a reply to this.
In our e-mail we informed you that the order was returned to us for unknown reason and that our return department didn't notice that you had never received the shoes. Therefore they processed what they thought was a return shipment from you and the issued a full refund. Our apologies for the inconvenience!
