I have seen that shipment has been in transit for longer than usual. We give the shipment to DHL and the customer receives an email from DHL with the track & trace code. We are not notified about this and that is also the reason why we have not been able to inform you about this delay. I see that the shipment was delivered 1 week later and that you have collected the shipment. I wish you much joy with your order.
