My reservation specialist was Zanel Potgieter and she was FANTASTIC! She helped answer every question I asked and there were about 100! As well as gave me a variety of options. Really really... Had an exceptional experience with the booking. Mikhail, the agent presented options to suit my travel needs and was patient with me as I was indecisive about dates and number of travel companions....
