In eerste instantie prettig te woord gestaan. Tussen 13 en 18 uur zou monteur komen. Rond 17 uur ben ik gebeld dat de monteur zou komen. Ik heb gewacht tot 19 uur. Toen ben ik gaan bellen. Ik heb vijftien minuten gewacht en kreeg niemand aan de lijn. Om 21 uur heb ik toen een andere firma gebeld voor een afspraak op de volgende dag.
Om 22.30 uur staat er een vriendelijk lachende monteur op de stoep. Met de vraag of ik nog hulp nodig had. Ik heb hem toen gezegd dat de volgende ochtend iemand anders kwam.
