The order was not executed correctly.
It looks very nice but it is without the engraving of the letter “P” as I ordered!
I’m in contact with Daniëlle Zondervan to restore/remake the order.

Very good experience, very nice people, but.... I had no experience with diamond and their cost, I have been trustful a well known company would practice average market price. I am now back home and... Very good experience, very nice people, but.... I had no experience with diamond and their cost, I have been trustful a well known company would practice average market price. I am now back home and can compare with other brands available (checking only well known and serious site) and it appears I paid almost double the best price on the market for the stone. That's very very disapointing!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting your factory and thoroughly enjoyed the experience of seeing the craftsmanship behind your products. The tour was impressive, and I was excited to purchase a beautiful watch from your collection.

However, after using the watch for less than a week, I noticed a scratch on the strap near the side of the watch face. This was unexpected, especially considering the high quality I anticipated. I did not expect to encounter an issue so soon after my purchase.

I love the design and look of the watch, but I hope this problem can be addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
