Afgelopen december zijn mijn vrouw en ik verhuisd naar het buitenland en kwam onze woning in Rotterdam leeg te staan. 2 dagen nadat ik contact heb opgenomen met rotterdam apartments is Larissa langsgeweest. Dezelfde dag nog stond onze woning op de website en is ons huis nu al 7 maanden verhuurd aan erg fijne huurders!

Very friendly and professional. Both Melissa and Monique are reviewed above, as they were partners. I only emailed with Melissa and only met with Monique in real life.

Wish were more responsive to emails especially given arranging appointments and putting in offers is time sensitive.

Also wish the explanation of the rental contract was clearer - since we have to pay a fee to rent and have no choice, it would be helpful if RA could walk us through the lease as we are expats, and not sure what is standard for Netherlands and what is something we should be more careful of.

Would like to get receipts for payments of deposits and rent.

I find it very costly to engage with Rotterdam Apartments. Not only should I pay a lot of money to Rotterdam Apartments, so did the main tenant. In my opinion, approx. € 1,000 in total is too much -... I find it very costly to engage with Rotterdam Apartments.
