Suffered with mosquitos when we came in Summer, needed a mesh screen so we could open a window, we were in the green bungalows. Was hot but couldn’t have doors or windows open. Maybe consider a loyalty card for frequent visitors of lodges? We would come more often. Holiday Club entertainment all in Dutch, could they use English occasionally esp when they have English holiday makers there.

The staff at this park really let you down never came across such rude and unhelpful staff in one place.
The apartment wasnt clean - dirty dishes, smelly bin, hair in Bath ect

Gepflegte Anlage.Lodge lag nah am Strand.Das Ferienhaus war sauber, alles vorhanden. Die Heizung funktionnierte gut.

In general, we really like this park an will probably come back. Some thing can get better, like the cleaning of the house, the shower wasnt clean an a lot of surfaces in the house were smeared...In general, we really like this park an will probably come back. Some thing can get better, like the cleaning of the house, the shower wasnt clean an a lot of surfaces in the house were smeared or dusty, an there were a lot of stuff from the previous occupants like handkerchiefs, socks, toys ... The house itself was too cold and we couldnt get it to a comfortable warmth. The swimming pool also was too cold, specially for kids. the water and ambient temperature should be raised by 2-3 degrees. I disliked the ground in front of the main entrance, there are holes next to the tiles in which adults and children stumble and can fall and get hurt. Those holes should be filled up.

It’s the 6th time we come to Banjaard and we were always happy with the houses, but this time it was not ok. The living room was to small for 10 people, there weren’t enough wine glasses of the same...It’s the 6th time we come to Banjaard and we were always happy with the houses, but this time it was not ok. The living room was to small for 10 people, there weren’t enough wine glasses of the same size, the cutlery wasen’t complete. But worst of all were the bathrooms, very old and dirty, also the toilets. The couch was disgusting, still full of doghair and repulsing stains, really not ok. In the washing machine, there were still hairs from the previous guests and the dryer was as old as methusalem. We paid a very high price, over 4000€, for a very disappointing house. We are really sad, because we always loved to come to the Banjaard parc.

Te weinig parkkeer plaatsen, geen invalide parkeerplaatsen, schoonmaken van de keuken kan beter zeker de kastjes .De info in het huisje over de apperatuur ontbreekt.
