An excellent experience from our first call to receiving our new car, delivered to our door in rural NSW. Clear communication with our consultant over the several days it took to start and continue...

Is there anything you would recommend to improve this company's service for next time?

We would have appreciated the new car being more set up--time, date, radio stations. The driver set up the Bluetooth for us, which was good. However the most basic needs, especially on the AC and heating systems, plus information on the dashboard, would have eliminated several days of pouring through a massive and unintelligible manual.

Some emails went to spam and it held up somethings, maybe a phone call if no response to emails within 2-3 days

Transparency, honesty, ethics, are lacking in company’s employees and managers . Company board members & director needs to step in to train employees To read T&C before deducting money from customers credit card

Is there anything you would recommend to improve this company's service for next time?

The vehicle was supposed to be delivered, I had to go and pick it up myself
I cannot find reference to the free roadside and member discount on the website.... A few undesirable items are listed on the members page but definitely not the benifits described in the pre-sale conversion
