Very supportive, communicated well, stayed in touch, and persisted in getting me a good deal.

Is there anything you would recommend to improve this company's service for next time?

No. The problem I am having is that because the car I eventually bought was from Hornsby NSW and I live in Qld, the local dealer doesn't want to play nicely. Guess this is beyond your control.

We had to resort to reading the manual ourselves and work them out for ourselves. That was very disappointing. Also, no contact was made with us to see if we were happy with the transaction.

More education on how to speak with prospective buyers, and less pressure for a sale. Make it a pleasant experience and not a nightmare.

I have to be honest, I had great hopes for the process, but have been let down bitterly.

The cars we received did not meet expectations, had wrong spec, the company that supplied the cars are dishonest and I wish that I had have done the leg work myself.

We spent $104,000 on 2 cars and regret to say, was a very poor experience.

My reputation has been tarnished and I am very disappointed with myself, the process and the people that I engaged with - all well intentioned, but lacked attention to detail.

We did not get what we wanted.

Attention to detail. Ensuring that the product spec'ed is the product ordered, is the product that is delivered.

Karen who seemed to do after purchase was rude and aggressive. She constantly spelt my name Anne wrong! despite a polite request to write my name correctly send me a rude email telling me I was aggressive.

Better information about when car is going to be available. I gave up trying to get any sense from Karen and just dealt with the dealership. I think they were the one who told me wrong car and year ordered and that's why I was changed to another dealership (without any discussion why this was happening).
Stop the standard emails demanding clients do things like send ID, car photos etc. This can be done with one email and barrage clients with demanding emails daily! If you do not know something don't lie or state thats nothing to do with me. Politely tell client you do not have that information but will find out and get back to client within 24 hours!
