We were given no instructions on any of the vehicles features once the vehicle was delivered.
We had to resort to reading the manual ourselves and work them out for ourselves. That was very disappointing. Also, no contact was made with us to see if we were happy with the transaction.

More education on how to speak with prospective buyers, and less pressure for a sale. Make it a pleasant experience and not a nightmare.
Positive given the price negotiated for my in-demand car was $500 better than the same dealer was prepared to offer me directly.

Customer service training.
Better information about when car is going to be available. I gave up trying to get any sense from Karen and just dealt with the dealership. I think they were the one who told me wrong car and year ordered and that's why I was changed to another dealership (without any discussion why this was happening).
Stop the standard emails demanding clients do things like send ID, car photos etc. This can be done with one email and barrage clients with demanding emails daily! If you do not know something don't lie or state thats nothing to do with me. Politely tell client you do not have that information but will find out and get back to client within 24 hours!

Attention to detail in draft purchase agreements/contracts - lots of backwards and forwards to get the document right.....it's a big purchase to make and a worry when versions change, numbers are incorrect, key details are missing etc
