Up to the point of securing the car we wanted, communication was regular and prompt. Beyond that point, it was virtually non-existent.

Is there anything you would recommend to improve this company's service for next time?

Stay interested and engaged till the client receives the vehicle and offer to help the navigate the issues that crop up during the post-deposit, pre-reception of vehicle, stage.

I attempted to purchase two vehicles. One was cancelled due to failure to meet delivery time. When I spoke to the salesperson to discuss dates, they we not aware of any time stipulation. Very poor... I attempted to purchase two vehicles. One was cancelled due to failure to meet delivery time. When I spoke to the salesperson to discuss dates, they we not aware of any time stipulation. Very poor communication between private fleet, sales (supplier) and myself.

The other car was purchased but the delivery time continued to be extended missing my anniversary date. I am realistic about car times and understand that delays can happen. However, I take issue with being told times that were unrealistic (according to the salesperson) by private fleet. In addition, when trying to clarify the trade-in-value of my car, I was told different prices. My confidence in the people handling my case began to falter. I never felt that the situation was satisfactory resolved, especially when I questioned the billing of items that were already included in the car package. In the end, it was easier to just complete the transaction and walk away.

Is there anything you would recommend to improve this company's service for next time?

If things were more transparent then it would have been a more pleasant transaction.

Yes the delivery of the car the winning motor dealer delivered the car it was over 300km away so car was delivered with over 300km on the clock so felt like getting a demo car and not a new car... Yes the delivery of the car the winning motor dealer delivered the car it was over 300km away so car was delivered with over 300km on the clock so felt like getting a demo car and not a new car and then i got toll fines in the mail that i had to chase the dealer to pay and they paid them late also car was delivered with things missing such as tow hitch and towball im still chasing towball 2 plus months after delivery

Dealing with Private Fleet was like going to the Dentist having a tooth out without any pain killers.
Private Fleet reminded me of Second hand Car Salesmen of the 1960's

Yes. Have a look at every thing you do and every thing you say and change it completely.

I only had one issue with the Private Fleet Service. At some stage in the process Private Fleet lost sight of my request for grey upholstery. When we mentioned this to the dealer they said they... I only had one issue with the Private Fleet Service. At some stage in the process Private Fleet lost sight of my request for grey upholstery. When we mentioned this to the dealer they said they had received a request for black. They could not honour the delivery time quoted if we wanted grey. We went ahead with black.
