Is there anything you would recommend to improve this company's service for next time?

Fewer staff involved with each customer or perhaps better communication within company - sometimes I wasn't sure who I was talking to and there was an instance on delivery day when the lady on the phone couldn't find evidence for the deposit I had paid much earlier. It was found eventually but meanwhile I was asked to pay it again! Not ideal...

The process to source, select and have delivery of my car was fantastic. Since it has been incredibly disappointing. I’ve had to follow up on an item incorrectly supplied and have never heard back...

Easy Purchase, but car had too many kilometers on the odometer for a brand new car. That was most disappointing

New cars should be garantteed to have less than a certain amount of kilometers on the odometer.

The initial contact was very good.
Follow up was dreadful. I still don't have a reply to an email from over 4 months ago.

communication with client - ongoing. ie until they have the car and are happy. I do not want to be told to contact the dealer direct when I am going through a broker.
I do want responses to emails.

Yes don’t make claims that don’t get fulfilled, part of your sales pitch was that the car will be delivered to my house full of fuel , bull had to go and pick it up and vehicle was almost empty so was very annoyed.

Is there anything you would recommend to improve this company's service for next time?

Improve customer service. Call back when you say. Follow up issues asap. Keep the customer informed. It would be advised that more than one staff member can deal with customers, so issues could be resolved in a timely manner. Relying on one person is not good enough.
