What one thing would you like to see from PMC in the future?
I would like you to implement a system to get the $100 fuel voucher to the customer as promised.
In my case it took 7 weeks and 6 phone calls to you and the dealer. If I had not talked in person to the manager of the dealership and listened to him making the last call to you I never would have got the money. Your office is totally inefficient or avoiding the payment.

I'm sorry about this - you're right it is a bit of a pain at the moment. We often don't find out that the car's delivered until well after, then when we do the next step is to we issue an invoice, then we have to wait for the dealer to pay, then we reconcile the payment, then we send the voucher. Each step can be subject to delays (as in your case).
BTW I did call you last week to explain the delay but your phone rang out. No voicemail to leave a message.
