I made 2 large orders of sugar-free snacks, and in both times you sent me products that are almost expired (less than 1 month expiry date). I paid a lot of money for my orders and this is so... Thank you for your review. How annoying that you are not satisfied with the shelf life of the products. I see that there has been no contact with our customer service yet.

If products have a shelf life of less than 3 months, we will mention this on the website and offer them at a discount.
Are you also aware that the products you ordered come from America and therefore have a different date? You can reverse the day and month of the expiration date.
If there is a problem with the shelf life, please send us an email klantenservice@dieetwebshop.nl. Then we will look for a solution together.
