Normaal gesproken gaat alles prima met de levering.
Nu een week extra moeten wachten en het bedrijf reageerde niet op telefoontjes en niet op mail.

We vinden het spijtig om te horen dat de levering van uw bestelling vertraging heeft opgelopen, en we begrijpen dat het gebrek aan communicatie van onze kant frustrerend voor u is geweest.
We willen u graag laten weten dat we in die week aan het overstappen waren naar een nieuwe logistieke partner en daardoor tijdelijk van systemen zijn gewisseld. Helaas is de communicatie met sommige van onze klanten hierdoor niet helemaal soepel verlopen. We hebben dit aangegeven in onze agenda en mogelijk is hier iets misgegaan. Onze excuses hiervoor.
We zijn blij om te kunnen melden dat sinds de overstap naar de nieuwe logistieke partner we geen beschadigde leveringen meer hebben gehad en 97% van onze leveringen succesvol zijn geweest. We hopen dat u begrijpt dat we deze overstap hebben gemaakt om onze service nog verder te verbeteren.
We vinden het fijn om te horen dat u graag bij ons product blijft en we willen graag onze oprechte excuses aanbieden voor de vertraagde levering en het gebrek aan communicatie. We zullen ons best doen om onze communicatie in de toekomst te verbeteren en u een betere service te bieden.

It is easy to use

The chickenbroth was delivered on time and I like it

I like that is not salty, that is organic and is the real broth, you can see it because it get like jelly in the fridge.
