YEARTH

I attended one of the cluster of workshops that Yearth organised for Advantio. I very much liked the structure of the two workshop days: referring back to what had previously been discussed, linking theory and practice, and allowing for enough flexibility for the attendees to feel that they were being heard and their feedback was addressed.
The trainer has an acute sense of the dynamics in the room and uses this ability throughout the course of the day to ensure everyone remains committed to the activities, discussions etc.
