I bought two accounts from this website, first account was perfect, and working. But my second purchase, account that I bought, was banned in some of reddit communities, I contacted support and they gave me new account for free. But even that replaced account was banned in some of reddit communities. I contacted viralboost support again, but this time they couldn't do anything. So I wasted my $50, even tho the first account i purchased is working fine. So be careful while buying.

Regarding the issue with your second account; the account had been in use for several days when you noticed that it was banned by some subreddits. This was after posting in karma farming subreddits asking for upvotes, which is not recommended at all since it will get you banned from participating in many subreddits.
Our Viralboost Guarantee ensures that if an account is banned / suspended due to a fault on our end, that we will replace the account free of charge. In your case even after posting in karma farming subreddits, we decided to replace your account based on goodwill. However, the replacement account was also exposed to these subreddits by you and as a result also ended up being banned from some subreddits.
