I purchased a lamp from the online shop and received something that looked nothing like I ordered.
They do not have a refund pricess onlne , so I called the store regarding the returnig the lamp and understanding the process , esp since I did not have the original packaging.
They assured me that I'd receive a call back to confirm but I did not receive the confirmation. I finally sent the lamp in a different packaging and I am still waiting to hear from them

We did receive the lamp in a coffee machine box and not the original box which you received the lamp in. That's why the process didn't went well. Anyway, we sent u the money back.
