Not very well organized. Very messy. In Ghent, we were promised that the guide will also speak in English, but she did not even know English. The trip needs to be organized much better. The hotel was not clean and breakfast had bad and old food.

We have spoken to this hotel because of your complaints regarding the room and the breakfast and we have ordered them to improve both.
