I was really surprised how good my experience was from setting up the appointment to the warm welcome in the lab, and the service of changing my battery was faster than I expected (30 mins).

I'm rating 4 stars only because after ~2 hrs the phone died but I went back and they fixed if within 10 minutes. I'm sure there was just a lose battery connector from not being tightened enough, but these things happen. Although that prevents me from rating a 5 star for my experience as I had to go back again.
