Excellent craftmanship. Friendly staff. Web site is great for online custom frame ordering, though I was using Google Chrome for Dutch to English translation and it was a little confusing (I missed entering my email address and didn't get a receipt after paying). I followed up with an email to the company but their answer went to my spam box. It was a few days before I figured that out. Work was completed on time as schedule on the website.
