Had our shaggy wool rug with multiple dog urination spot and a lot of downtown dirt mushed into it brought back to life by Stein Rug Cleaning Company. Was really content to throw the rug away, it looked that gross but the performed a miracle at a price that was lower by far than any competitor. Would and will definitely go back.
