I was about to throw out my white wool rug because it was so matted down and dirty, reached out to them as a last ditch attempt. Was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price! My rug now has a new lease on life, it's bright and fluffy, I'm so happy with finding them and I wish I had more rugs to rejuvenate!
