Be advised that this business is unresponsive and does not meet its scheduling commitments. The quality of work is however quite good. We used Stein to clean one of our rugs. The original delivery date was missed, and rescheduled. An attempt at delivery was made outside of the time window we had agreed upon. They have a strict no knock policy during Covid - so delivery was missed despite us being home simply because our phones were not on our person at a time we were not expecting them. It took 10+ calls to finally reschedule and get our rug.
