We are thrilled. First, the rug looks wonderful and they professionally refringed the rug(we ordered it). It looks like new. We really think that the two men who did the work for us were terrific. They were the ones who picked up and delivered. They love what they do, positive and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are great to do business with if you want cleaning or repairing an oriental rug.
