I was happy with my purchase. The only thing that was a little worrying was that I did not receive any confirmation that my parcel had been sent. To me it seemed as if the order wasn't processed and I had to physically make a call to find out if this had been done! When I did make the call, the person on the telephone was helpful, but it took quite a while before they could confirm that the parcel was indeed on its way.

Send shipping confirmation and a tracking number via e-mail as a standard practice, so buyers will know that everything is ok with an order and will know when to expect the parcel.
Many businesses offer free shipping on higher value items. This would be nice. Your shipping is expensive.
Better/longer product descriptions will be helpful.
