I was recommended to reach out to this company and it did not disappoint. I left an email inquiry and Estelle reached out. She is literally THE BEST!! She is very thoughtful in planning our itinerary when I explained the kind of experience we want within our budget (photography focused and also trying to get authentic experience that’s less commercialized). Estelle is also very responsive and communicative, easy to talk to and definitely able to guide and give us answers on some of our questions in regards to the itinerary. She’s the epitome of how travel agents should be!!
We did reach out to multiple travel agent for our South Africa trip and Estelle is the only one who went above and beyond, extra kudos for her to actually give us a call and actually talk to us instead of just emailing. Everything is thought through and we’re very excited for our upcoming trip now that the itinerary has been finalized!!
