The product delivered turned out to be completely different from the samples. Unfortunately, it turned out only after the window blinds were already installed. After the issue was raised, the company stated that they have accidentally sent the wrong product - the one that costs half of the price of the product ordered. After we asked to refund the price difference, they argued that they don’t work this way and can only offer ‘30% discount’ as if they were giving us a favour. They told we can send the blinds back, but it’s very hard to remove them, so at the end we decided to give up and accept only 30% refund even though it was not our fault and it is completely unfair. We still have not received it, but I hope eventually at least this will get sorted out. What I can say so far about the product, the quality does not seem to be any better than IKEA or Hema. Material keeps jumping out of the side rails because it is too narrow and at one side there is also a gap between the material and the side rail. It keeps moving left and right. Because of constant manual adjustments the material gets visibly folded. I would not recommend the company and their products.
