Was good and involved little hassle especially considering the fact that it was all done over the phone. The only problem was that our trade-in was towed off fairly early in the piece and we had to rely on another car to get us around, But this was because the new car we were getting was not built until the beginning of the new year, so couldn't do much about it.
Is there anything you would recommend to improve this company's service for next time?
Not really. Everything was quite okay
