I was told my car was brand new with 12 months rego and 5 years warranty but it arrived with 280km on the odometer with only 7 months rego left and hence 5 months less warranty. After voicing my concerns many times I was promised a proportioned refund. That never happened. My claim can be substantiated via voice records and emails.
