I just finished using Pram ITt's migration service to migrate four existing Wordpress sites to their servers. Because the free self-migration service wouldn't work, I used the paid service. It took about 5 days in all and several long phone calls but finally everything seems to be wrapped up and my sites have updated php, new SSL, and faster speeds. Plus I learned a whole lot!
