Quiet happy with the web site and booking arrangements.
One complaint was that it was not apparent when booking that the shuttle was available but incurred a £3 cost per person each way.
What would you improve about the website?
Include the shuttle cost prior to payment

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review, we really appreciate your feedback.
The cost of the shuttle is stated on the product page under 'Using Cambridge Hotel Park and Ride Gatwick Airport'. However, we now realise that this information is not clear enough and are working to improve it for the future.
