Super nice clothes but terrible inventory management system. Been trying to order a couple of crop tops since the beginning of August but no success so far. First, my order 'got lost' in the warehouse and the second time the website showed the item as available but in fact, it was not (yet I placed the order and a couple of days later received an email that one of the tops has been refunded due to lack of availability).

Customer service is really slow. The only effective way to reach the company is through live chat otherwise email complaints are entirely ignored. Nobody informed me about my missing order until I contacted customer service multiple times. The first time I contacted the agent through live chat, I was promised to be updated on my order within 5 days via email but that never happened. Ended up waiting for my order for a month and eventually got a refund (thanks for that at least). Ordered the tops again and a similar story seems to be unfolding at the moment. In addition, the 9.99 EUR delivery fee is ridiculously expensive for such poor logistics. I honestly love the designs but such a hassle with deliveries and missing items does not seem to be worth it.

My improvement suggestion for Loavies would be to fix their logistics, speed, and response rate of customer service agents and lower the delivery fee.
