What do you think of the information on the Lendahand website?
I think that you can be more transparent on how much rent the lender is going to pay for a particular project and how this compares to a conventional loan from the bank fro instance. So we lend out money for 6% , lendahand takes 3% and a local partner takes also 3%, then the lender will have to pay 12% rent. I think it would be fair to know as a investor what the lender is going to pay for each specific project.
