Onvolledige info mbt boeking, vereiste leeftijd ivm verjaardag en ik was niet te spreken over een onbeschofte medewerker.

Het was super, de kinderen hebben heel erg genoten alleen de ijsjes hebben we niet gekregen. Dat vind ik wel jammer.

First the receptionist lost the bag he was supposed to give us, so we waited for another 20 minutes to get the bracelets for the kids. Everything was chaotic, the people at the trampolines did not... Everything was chaotic, the people at the trampolines did not let us 5 minutes in to take a few photos, big kids were bullying our group and they didnt react, etc ... At the end we didnt even get the jump diplomas for the kids, that we payed for... The receptionist just said, "yeah, sorry"...

Onbegrijpelijk dat je een waiver kind moet tekenen en vervolgens geen toezicht mag houden bij de kinderen ook niet bij jonge kinderen, dan moet je betalen

I was with my kids 2 and 6 years old. I made a ticket reservation via internet for the 6 years old kid, for the 2 years was written that was not posible to book via internet. I made a ticket reservation via internet for the 6 years old kid, for the 2 years was written that was not posible to book via internet. When I went there, they told me that the kid of 2 years was able to jump only in 10:00-11:00 in the morning. It should be this information on the site. So , we paid 45 euros for me and my 6 years old kid for 90 minutes, but we stayed olnly 20 because the smallest kid of 2 years was not able to enter so it was crying all the time.

Er was lekkage dus er waren natte delen. Dat betekend natte sokken...
Daarnaast was het niet echt heel schoon. Het restaurant had bijv een plakkerige vloer.
