It's a shame we got this bad rating. In our opinion not right. You have not left the house you rented in a tidy manner. The house was dirty, things were missing and broken. Although these points were discussed with you during the pre-inspection you did not do anything about it. The landlord has deducted a very reasonable amount from your deposit. Of course we do not earn anything from amounts that are deducted from your deposit. It takes us a lot of time to make the handling as fair as possible.
