The product was not compatible with my bike. I would have to send back the product at my own cost, without guaranty of refund. Customer service pretend that the product description was clear enough to understand and that it was also clear that cost of shipment in case of issue was at charge of customer. very disappointed.

In case of compatibility issue on the product, the customer is loosing money from his own pocket. This is not the definition I have of a good customer service.
